Exchange & Return Policy

You can inspect the item and return it only while the delivery representative is still present

Exchanges are available only after the delivery representative leaves, in case of a size issue or if the item has a defect

In case of an exchange, the item can only be exchanged for the same color and model.

In case of refusing the shipment, shipping fees must be paid to the delivery representative.

سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع 

متاح المعاينه والاسترجاع في وجود المندوب فقط 

متاح استبدال فقط بعد ما المندوب يمشي في حاله تغيير المقاس او وجود عيب في القطعه

في حالة الاستبدال يتم الاستبدال بنفس اللون والموديل

في حالة رفض الشحنه يجب دفع تكلفه الشحن لمندوب الشحن
